"When a customer takes the time to say thank you for the work we do for them, it tells me that the work you guys are doing as a team is excellent! However, the bigger picture here is that we have taken the time to understand the customer's needs and have in fact helped them to resolve issues that exist outside of our normal sphere of work. Nothing infuriates us all more than a supplier telling us “it’s not their problem” or “you need to ring someone else first before we can help”. So a massive well done from me! Let’s remember just how good we are when we are trying to recruit new customers, let’s convey to them these stories so they know we go the extra mile and that we are indeed truly different from the rest."
